I try to keep all the tools in my standard line in stock and ready to ship. Unless there is something specifically indicating a tool is
unavailable (like "temporarilly out of stock"), you can quite safely consider that tool is in stock. I update the site quite often.

Shipping & Handling
Domestic:
$5 on orders under $100
Free shipping on orders over $100.
I do not insure packages. I have had extremely good luck with our Postal Service. The very few times a package has been lost and not
made it to a customer, I have sent another package at my own cost.
All orders are sent via USPS Air Mail, First Class or Priority Mail.
International:
Although I have offered free shipping on all orders over $100 for the past few decades, postal fees have greatly increased and I am no longer
willing to carry the cost.
30% on orders under $100.
20% on orders between $100 and $200.
15% on orders over $200.

International Orders
I ship quite a bit overseas and have very rarely had any delivery problems, however, I only guarantee delivery through the US Postal Service, where Tracking usually terminates.

Problems Ordering?
The Shopping Cart on my web site can be very fussy. Although this improves security, it sometimes makes ordering difficult for my customers.
All your information must be entered correctly. The billing address for your credit card, for example, must be exactly as it is on your statements.
If you are unable to get your order to go through, please don't hesitate to contact me so we can get it processed. It would be unfortunate for electronic
processing difficulties to stand in the way of you obtaining some of my tools. |
